但排期到之前申请人去世，就放弃签证。

现在，申请人去世的13年后，希望申请Humanitarian Reinstatement，需要NVC或广州把所有材料都送回到UCCIS。已联系NVC，回复说材料没有在NVC。所以今天会写Email给广州，不知道要多久USCIS才能收到材料。

-Just keep contacting the Consulate/NVC/USCIS. It may take several months for the whole process. I believe your case will be fine and just take some time (this is just routine process).
