It seems your immigration visa application was denied. The whole processing may take 3 to 6 months or longer, case by case, for USCIS to reconsider your I-130.

If USCIS reaffirm your original approved I-130, they will forward the case to NVC, and then NVC will send the materials to the US Consulate in Guangzhou and the US Consulate will contact you for another visa interview. NVC will also inform you about the USCIS reaffirmation of the approved I-130.

If USCIS revoke your approved I-130 after their reconsideration, they will also inform you the result. Then you need to file a new I-130 all over again.
