如果有，能用这份i-797申请485吗？从公司那里拿i-797很麻烦。

-The EB1B I-140 approval notice will be mailed to the employer/lawyer, not you. You need to ask your employer or the lawyer to give you the photocopy. You should have no problem to get the copy because the employer agree to sponsor you and thus, they should not mind to give you the copy.
