请问信里面说的“additional review ”一般指的是什么啊？还能采取其它什么行动敦促他们处理我的Case吗？我的case在TSC，我查了一下，我前面好几个485 case都被转到了NSC，后面好几个485 都已经批了，唯独剩下我的这个7月底的485 留在TSC，不知道问题出在哪了？

The reason of delay approval is complicate and ahrd to say, such as background check (name check) which normally results in much delay of approval. So, it is just case by case and sometimes may just wait. Of course, you may ask the US Senator or US Congressman in your state to help.
