绿卡排期是7月CURRENT的，还没下来就让律师去催移民局，答复是需要additional review, six months。
具体情况是：2006年12月140批下来后就离开原公司了，2007年递485时是原公司出的材料，2009年补材料也是原公司老板写的信。期间我换过两个工作，最近一个用的是EAD。
两个问题：1 additional reveiw 会查什么？会查原公司的经营状况和TAX吗？
-It is possible because the sponsor has to show the ability to pay.
2 律师建议我file AC21，换我目前的雇主sponsor, 您看有必要吗？(费用$750)
-Your may not be qualified for AC21 benefits because you left the sponsor before you filed I-485 using that I-140 and that might be why USCIS does not approve your I-485 yet and still need additional review. So, maybe just wait and see. As long as the I-140 sponsor continue to support you, your I-485 will be OK.
