我的F1转F2申请在2008年9月28号USCIS受到, 但是在I797上的有效日期从2009年2月10号开始,请问在

2008年9月28号到2009年2月10号我是out-of-status吗?谢谢

-If your school cancelled your F1 during this period of time, your status had a gap, but you legally stayed during the I-539 change of status pending. Also, you legally stayed during the entire period of that time even if your F2 was approved before2009年2月10号 if your F1 I-120 did not expire though your school cancelled your F1. Of course, if you was out of US and got a new visa to reenter US after 2009年2月10号, then your status has no gap anymore.
