its approved wihtout i-94......lawyer said i can go out to re-activate h1b.....
BUT he doesn't recommend that because I have never been out of us with h1b and he feel my chance to be background-checked is very high (I am gonna lose job if i can't get back soon). Does he sound rihgt about this?
and what's the difference between Motion to Reopen/Reconsideration and appeal?
my lawyer mentioned both of them so I thought they are same?
since you mentioned appeal takes long time then how long does Motion to Reopen take?
