1）配偶和小孩子也都要分别填AR11吗？ AR11 在线表一次好像只能填一个人名字。

-Your spouse needs to file a separate AR-11 also. If your child is less than 21, he/she does not need to file AR-11.

2）亲属移民I130仍在审批中，是自己通知USCIS，还是要美籍亲属通知USCIS？

-You need to inform USCIS/NVC about your address change for your I-130 case in case they can not reach you for your case communication.

3）公司移民I140已经批准，I485排期未到，是不是就不用因I140案子通知USCIS了？

-Not need to bother USCIS about the PERM I-140 because it is not your business.
