请教PJIANG老师?!

Background:
EB2 PD 5-5-2006;
I-485 pre-approved;

EB1 I-140 approved 3-15-2010
Current status: Interfiling I-140 with I-485 (from EB2 application) in NSC

My questions:
If I-485 got pre-approved, how likely I can get my GC once the USCIS records shown that my document got touched few days ago?

Strictly, my FP has been expired currently and USCIS once asked for medical exam records for RFE. I have submitted the additional files for the RFE, the records shown that they have received it, but did not shown whether they are satisfied with the documents or not. It was 1.5 years ago. Do you think all these factors will cause interview or other requests instead of giving me GC right away?
