尊敬的大侠:

如果学校的OFFER LETTER 这样写,是否能代表PERMANENT JOB的意思:
Your appointment is for a full-time, 12-month position for a term of indefinite duration in which you will have an expectation of continued employment unless terminated under the terms of the Faculty Manual
