EB1a 问题请教

本人在作博士后，去年申请了NIW140,今年年初批的.

基于漫长的排期，打算申请EB1A, 材料都快准备好了，昨天却被通知明年就要走人了。象我这种情况可否继续申请EB1A？是不是以后换了专业，连NIW也要作废了。

请高人指点，不胜感激！
