按我以前的知识，I－４８５ pending１８０天后就可以安全的使用EAD了，为什么 I-485 needs a permanent job?

你的意思是使用EAD 后，如果被REF，现任雇主必须COULD PROVIDE A PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT LETTER？ 现在的工作必须跟原工作类似吗？
-Yes. After you change your job and if you get RFE for your employment status, you need your current employer to provide a letter indicating your current position is permanent and your current working field/responsibilities is the same/similar field as the one indicated in your approved I-140. This is required based on AC21, no matter you work wth H1 or EAD. If you do not do that, your I-485 will be affected/denied.
