I just got NIW RFE from NSC, 请问各位怎么回答

these 2 questions

1: please prove your ability is greater than American person with same mini-
qualification.

2; please provide documentary evidence to prove your past achievement is
beneficial future projection in nation scope.



还有， 我的中文文章的引用，我准备把它翻译过来， 是自己做完后， 再请别人签字
认证吗？有模版吗？
