父母签证延期

美在北京的大使馆给了六个月. But their Annotation is as follows: REQUESTS 6 MONTH VISIT NO EXTENTIONS.

他们I-94上给的出境日期是到港后的六个月, nothing else is written (about extentions) on that card.

Can they still extend their visa?
