Ask your lawyer to call the EDD if your case has been pending beyond the processing time. After EDD completes the processing, it will send a transmittal notice indicating your case will be forwarded to the DOL. Then the DOL will also send your employer and lawayer a letter saying it receives your case from the EDD.
