F1 转 L2 填表一个小问题求教。

我的先生是 L1 签证。我早他几年到美，一直是F1 签证。现在马上要毕业，心想申请opt不如申请L2，因为L2可以干任何工作。今天填转换身份的表遇到一个小问题，请高人指教。

2. Is this application based on an extension or change of status already granted to your
spouse, child, or parent?
A. No B. Yes.

3。 Is this application based on a separate petition or application to give your spouse,
child, or parent an extension or change of status?
A. No. B. Yes, filed with this I-539.C. Yes, filed previously and pending with USCIS.

我的问题：我的先生来美国就是L1签证，他没有在美国申请过身份延期或转换身份。所以按道理这两个问题都要答no. 但是总觉得问题应该答yes。 因为感觉移民局是想知道我先生现在的状态。他已经有了签证，虽然不是申请延期或转换身份得到批准的。你们说呢？
