1) I-485 may not have been denied, so AP is still valid
2) Even I-485 was denied, she may be admitted via AP if she chooses to appeal, in such case she might be considered OOS since the admission when I-485 gets finally denied.

3) She'd better to apply H-4, if her spouse is H-1 or has been reinstated
