请教小白兔，pjiang：公司说140 approval notice 没收到，会不会在玩猫腻？怎么应对？

我1月25号485面试，移民官说排期未到，但当场批了140。 后来一直没消息，今天去local office 问了，系统显示140 approval notice 1月30号寄往我公司了。但人事部说没收到，想知道他们有没可能担心我跳槽，故意扣着了？我可不可以file 824要求一份duplicate copy？另外，我485file pending9个月了，公司如果撤销140对我有何影响？该如何应对？ 谢谢
