J1 waiver no objection, Help!

According to China Embassy, my J1 waiver no objection letter was sent to DOS at the end of September, but the latest update of my status (yesterday) in DOS site still showed it is requested, which means it is not yet received.

I am worried if something was wrong, is anyone here has the same situation with me, or your letter has been received recently? I would very appreciate your kind help.

Also, somebody say there will be a copy of the no objection letter sent to the waiver applicant, is it true? I did not received it either.
