you abuse WOM, WOM can only push them to adjudicate your case, not for approval notice. The reason people tend to file WOM for pending I-485 is because they will have no excuse to DENY I485 if you have nothing to hide. it will be different for other type of I140, especially NIW/EB1 I-140, it is discretionary task for USCIS to decide the outcome. In other word, they can much easier to find excuse to deny NIW than I485.

So We NEVER recommend WOM for non-sponsorship type of I140 (such as NIW)
