我二月份发现网上状态变成DECISION MADE，打开里面是We started processing your application on November 06, 2002.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Medical results have been received.一切都算正常，可是今天发现状态又变成IN PROCESS，里面内容还是原来的，这到底怎么回事
