Online status is not reliable!

Mine was updated on Oct. 22nd and 23rd, and nothing happened since. Online status shows "Received and pending".

I got the paper from my lawyer at the beginning of Nov. and used this Thanksgiving.

Even today, the status still says "Received and pending". So my conclusion - Online status is not reliable at all!
