The topic for my project is about the data mining adoption in small to mid-sized business -- how data mining improves their businesses, and any existing problems/challenges in the use?

All information in my interview is related to the general data mining questions to help my project and no business attempts. (Sorry I forgot to tell the project is my master project. I'm a part-time student)
