share with you about my case

Me, 7/2 filer, receipt showed 6/30 as recieved date and 10/2 as notice date
I called USCIS trying to correct the received date from 6/30 to 7/2 (because I was not eligible to submit my 485 on 6/30). And you know what, the customer service lady said that the system showed the received date as 10/1, and there is no any information about 7/2 date in their system. So I guess what USCIS have said about "honoring the actual received date" is not true. That real received date might be showed on the receipt, but in their system, the received date is still the date the service center started to review your package. And I think then the actual processing date will follow the received date in their system but not the actual received date.
