Since she quit her job, her H-1 status hadn't exist

so if she used H-1 visa to enter the country,she is out
of status,but if she can get new H-1 within a few months,I don't think there is a big problem,even CIS
refuse that she transfer within USA( It's possible)
she still can leave the country to apply a new H-1 visa
just need keep the gap less than 180 days
