家人因需在加超个半年，移民局要求作体检，体检是一个月前完成的。今天又收到水牛城的第二封信，要求作体检。请问是否用前次的结果，并如何处理。

2003-09-20，submitted;
first letter about half a month later.
2004-06-01, second letter.
