我是H1, EB2, 485 Pending, 今年8月份回国结婚, 准备给我太太递485,有几个问题想向你请教一下:

1. 准本给她file CP, 请问具体如何操作?

2. 如果file 了CP,在等待期间, 还能给她申请H4来美吗? 因为申请了移民签证,好像就不能申请非移民签证了?
