I know if H-1B is approved, filing 485 does not affect my H-1B status; but I was thinking maybe pending 485 is a little different.
So, in your opinion, as long as my old H-1B is still valid and new H-1B receipt is on my hand, it does not matter whether H-1B transfer is pending or not, and I can do following things, right?
1). start working for new employer.
2). file 485 without affecting the transfer at all.
