Xiaobaitu, please help!

Thank you very much for your help.
I applied for OPT and OPT got approved last year after I used AP. I also applied for EAD based on my pending I-485 but never used it.

My hu*****and's 1-140 was denied last month and he didn't appeal. He has ted his new application (EB1B) this month.

The lawyer at his university told us that my OPT may be invalid and I may meet trouble when USCIS review my I-485.

I filled the I-765 for OPT as follows:
13: Manner of Last entry: Parolee
14: Current immigration Status: Student

Do you think my OPT is valid or invalid? If it is invalid, what is my current status? out of status? Should I leave US immediately? Could you give me some suggestion? Thanks again.
