Is it ok to give Birth certificate latter

My daughter's birth certificate is short form and doesn't have parents' name shown on it. I have ordered the new long form, but is takes days to be processed. So, I am wondering if I can't get the new one before Mid. July, can I file 485 for her first with the short form birth certificate and latter, provide REF document to USCIS? So worried that can't file before July 30 since Aug. may be retrogrssed back for EB3. Thanks for friends help.
