请问：J1豁免申请中可以递交485申请吗？

我刚向国务院申请J1豁免，上月NIW得到批准。

请问：我能不能现在递交I485、再等待移民局在审批过程中要求补充J1豁免批准的材料？

如果不行，我能不能重新递交另一份NIW和I485、同样等待将来提交J1豁免批准信？

因为涉及到整个家庭的出路问题，盼望知情的朋友能拨冗答复。诚恳致谢！
