等EB1b的I485需多久

我们用EB１B申请GC， I１４０已拿到，FP已按过了。了解到 EB１A 和 EB１B 是CURRENT STATUS， 但不知一般需要等多久。我们现在是等CASE NUMBER 还是 ４８５ APPROVAL？ 需要给INS 或议员打电话或写信吗？ 那位好心人请指点一下。 在线等。 谢谢啦。
