有EB1经验的请进：我可以申请EB1(a) or EB1(B)?

各位前辈， 我的情况：

1) 美国论文12篇(5个第一)， 国内13篇(10个第一)， over 100 citations (没有很好的文章， 最高 4.5 impactor factors);

2) 为2个美国杂志 和2个中国杂志reviewer;

3) 一个selective membership (PhiZeta), 一个普通membership;

4) 5个pending patents;

5) 在美国5个proposals (2个PI， 3个CO-PI)；

6) 国内系主任， 现在一个实验室的supervisor; (community service)一个中文学校校长

申请EB1(b) 有点勉强 (beg for signature from department head, he did agree. However, it is better for me not to use it though ). Would I have a shot for EB1(a), or go for EB1(b)?

其实很不想在这混， 为了孩子没有办法。
