EB1a or EB1b

1) 20 papers (11 international journals, 14 first author)
2) > 200 citations
3) 2 patents
4) > 15 meeting abstracts and proceeding papers
5) About 10 reviews for 2 major journals
6) 1 CAS Natural Science Award, 2 international R&D awards
7) several media reports (US R&D magzine and national lab media reports.
8) 2 paid membership.

My question is I should apply for EB1a or EB1b. I consulted a lawyer and he suggested that I should do EB1b b/c my company will sponsor it. But I really want to change my job in the near futrue. Any suggestions? Thanks
