诚心请教小白兔和其他热心人士关于J-1证明

大家好,我现有一个问题想向大家咨询一下. 我是以J-1身份出国,后转F-1读本硕,毕业找到工作拿到H-1B. 今年年底想回国,但父母被人告知我回国在上海的反签成功率极底,因为我曾经是J-1身份. 我有美国发的J-1无需回国服务证明,所以不需要申请J-1豁免,在申请H-1B时也有出示,H-1B签证拿得很顺利.我的证明是United States Information Agency出的. 证明大致是这样的:

This is in response to your request for an advisory opinion as to wheather the exchange visitor is subject to the 2 year residence requirment.

Based on th eIAP-66 data, it is the agency's determination that the exchange visitor is not subject to the requirement. It is not necessary to process a wavier on behalf of this exchange visitor.
