485 tranferable from EB2 to EB1?Thanks for expertise opinion.

My NIW EB2 140 approved (PD May,2005). My hu*****and and my 485 concurrently filed. His EB1 140 approved (PD Jan,2006). EB1 visa number will be current in July. I may need wait for EB2 visa number . My question is should my hu*****and file 485 again for both of us or can we transfer our filed 485 to his approved 140 case? Or we can wait for the EB2 visa number current in August. I am afraid of it since someone posted that April ,2005 will cause the visa crisis because of Perm. Is anyone have the experience? Any advice is highly appreciated.THANKS A LOT!
