Help!! My 140 is approved from NSC with company A,

Company B filed a concurrent 140/485 in Oct 2005 in VSC and is not approved yet. Since I already filed a 485 in VSC, can I submit the approved 140 from company A to VSC, and ask them to process my 485 under this 140? Thanks!
