Labor Certificate 转让

我已经离开A公司了。 今天收到律师的 EMAIL 说我在A公司的 Labor certificate已经下来了。问我是不是愿意通知A公司,这样可以转让给别人用。其实，如果可以帮别人也挺好。可是律师费全是我出的，$2500. 白给别人也有点郁闷。大家有什莫建议吗？谢谢指点。
