I-458 Interview Question?

I am in I-485 pending and just got my Interview Notice from USCIS. REQUEST FOR APPLICANT TO APPEAR FOR INITIAL INTERVIEW. Why it is Initial Interview? Do I have to go several interviews? what will happen after the interview? Any comments are welcomed! Thanks a lot?
