请教: 在加的加拿大PR,如何去美面试?

我原来在美是H1(用了一年多),去年下半年被擂,回加.现有一美国公司要我去美,on-site面试,请问:我该申请哪种签证?需要哪些材料?另外,如我再申请H1,是否不受名额限制呀?请有经验的前辈赐教.多谢了!
