it's always a pleasure reading your post,very instructive.

Acutally, I just "forced" my lawyer to file my I485 on 9/19, my first three-year of H1-B will end by July 2006 and it's expandalbe till 2009, I have no problem holding my current position till at least 2010.

what will happen on my I485, denied or accepted?, if denied becasue September has no visa number, can i file it again in October? if accepted, can I apply for EAD?

BTW, thanks again for your response to my previous postS, I am considering change to EB2 if take too much time using EB3.
