485 will be denied 怎么办？

my 485 will be denied since some problerms.i talked to my lawyer she said i can withdraw this 485 and file 2nd 485 based on my hu*****ands' case,my hu*****and filed his 140 based on NIW at June in VSC.my hu*****and did not file green card with me.still pending now.My laywer said i can still working with the EAD based on my 1st 485 ,because it was issued on end of Fre 2005,not exccet 180 days,is it true?i am afraid if i use my EAD will be illeagle.My lawyer's suggestion is good?any ody has the same experience.I appreciate any valuable suggestions.
