我朋友想卖房。他家处在好校区，但是房子是烂房。 现在想搬去烂区住好房。他有孩子，才两岁

他说以后送孩子去私校。但是我觉得好区的房子不应该卖，房价还会再涨。烂区的房子价格不会再涨了。 不知道对不对。
