请教各位，老人经常性的呕吐腹泻

请教各位，老人经常性的呕吐腹泻，做过胃镜，腸镜，CT扫描都没发现大的异常，也没有幽门螺杆菌感染，可能是什么原因导致常常呕吐腹泻？
