This result looks like having some problems, because it elevated more than 2 folds of normal range.

If you don;t have any liver problems before, firstly you may check if you started some new medication recently.

I think you should rule out any hepatitis including hepatitis A,  B and C.

Other potential reasons for elevated liver enzymes should be included fatty liver, alcohol or non alcohol induced ( diabetes or overweight).

Others should notice autoimmune hepatiits.

Talked with your primary care doctor and let them refer you to GI
