one question for 晓雨1 or ther helper

My daughter is 13 years old. She is wearing brace for 6 months. Her dentist said it is time for her to clean teeth in dental office even they all look good and clean. Is that too early for her to start dental cleaning every 6 month? She is very careful with her teeth, always rinse, alway brush after eating.

My American friend told me her daughter (14 years old) visit dentist for cleaning and fluoride every 6 month.
