自以为50肩好了，结果......

我犯50肩至少是7/8年以前的事，看专科打一次封闭后锻炼，自我感觉全部好了，康复要至少一年。

甚至忘记了是左肩还是右肩得过。

直到前天，LD在做他的肩膀手术后康复锻炼，要我帮他从后面慢慢往上抬手臂。

我试试，结果做不了，左右手差别很大。

    

在健身房做这个30磅没问题，以为好了：

  

自己这么练习效果不好，看来要外人从下面托举才能松肘关节。
