My hu*****and's case is not routine visit. The bills will go to insurance first, then come to us, so I don't know exactly how much, but I can give you some ideas(from my experience)
first visit: consultation may be around $50, x-ray should be under $100
second visit: take a piece of broken tooth out, it is about $140
third visit: filling costs bw $200 to $300
This is before insurance, our insurance should pay 50% to %80 of it.
