H1B Business Travel

My H1B is effective from 10/1.

My company has a training event on November in Ireland. Almost everybody will attend, but they are Americans. They do not need Visa to and from. I need both.

Any risk to go such a trip? Any trouble for applying H1B visa at third-country?
