Before 明年五六月份再回来, you must get H1 visa stamp, you can use the same I-797 but with a NEW employment letter, also company explains why they petitioned for you but you will only start to work for them in US next May. All the time not in US won't count into H1 6 years limit(not automatically, you need to claim time spent abroad)
